the location is excellent for theater access. the walk to rockefeller center is short. subway access to the metropolitan art museum is quick. i found it very convenient.

the location was acceptable, close to times square.
The noise levels were unacceptable. I found it impossible to sleep well because of the constant sounds from outside. furthermore, the room's air conditioning was ineffective and loud. It barely cooled the space and added to the overall disturbance. the outdated windows did nothing to block out the city's racket.

the location was perfect for broadway shows near the theater district. the staff was friendly and helpful giving great suggestions for places i should visit.
my room was quite dusty and it was not cleaned properly. the air conditioning grill was also filthy i asked for a deep clean, but it never happened .
